This was a 10,300 SF tenant finish in St. Charles MO which included gutting two spaces and removing the demising wall.

Perryville Crossing

This is one of two multi-tenant retail buildings (22,000 SF plus for both) which make up Perryville Crossing in Perryville Missouri.

Harvester Square Renovations

Built in 1980 as a National grocery store with attached multi-tenant attached retail spaces; in 2005 due to a lack of visibility from the nearby roads and general obsolescence of the 41,000 SF space a plan was formulated to replace the entire façade

Frontenac Cardiology Associates CT Scanner Renovations

This was done as a design/build project which included upgrading the electrical service to accommodate installing the CT scanner in the space.

MCQC

In 2010 we built this 12,000 SF mosque in Bettendorf Iowa for the Muslim Center Quad Cities.

CFX Marketing

We worked with the client and designer to build out a high concept, high quality office inside a former church in south St. Louis.

Delta Gamma Center For Visually Impaired Children

The picture above shows where we shored up and removed a 45’ section of the original masonry wall in order to create the circular lobby seen.

Historic Buildings

The Center At Kenrick Plaza

In early August 2016 K2 Commercial Group awarded RK the contract to substantially overhaul the mostly empty shopping center which the previous owner sold to them in woeful condition.
